If you possess the aptitude to work across multiple ‘Business Units’ within the Business Banking organization and Control partners, then a Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Oversight and Governance Business Manager role is for you.
As a Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Oversight and Governance Business Manager in Business Banking, you'll manage multiple critical business function and provide fact-based, thoughtful recommendations for business plans and controls action plan management.
Job responsibilities:
- Create strategic view of business banking sales and sales practices
- Analyze data to support recommended strategies for business priorities and expected results
- Maintain a focus on external client experiences and banker experiences; inspire client and banker confidence through a sustained professional demeanor
- Create metrics and reports that articulate Oversight and Governance progress
- Own and facilitate various meetings/touch points and manage points of contacts
- Manage adherence to milestones and deliverables associated with the action plan portfolio
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, business re-engineering, analytics, strategy, and finance
- Experience working on complex files for 2,000+ employees
- Proven experience with understanding and applying complex rules and calculations
- Outstanding business acumen proficient with project management and action plan development/management
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to listen effectively and credibly present ideas
- Capable of working autonomously with minimum direction; utilizing independent judgment in decision-making and successfully navigating complex issues
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (moderate to expert level), including working knowledge of pivot tables
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance; or equivalent work/training experience
- Thought leader with practical decision-making ability to deliver precise, accurate, and detailed information while operating within corporate guidelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw sound, data-based conclusions from complete and incomplete information
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills – including the ability to successfully interact with key internal partners, team members, and across all levels of management
