THE ROLE: Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Rue Gilt Groupe is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our Business Analytics team. You’ll play a critical role in unlocking insights from our 16M+ member base and guiding multi-million-dollar marketing strategies to accelerate our growth.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in ecommerce who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing, and business strategy, someone who can translate complex analytics into actionable business decisions and growth-driving campaigns.

 What You’ll Do…

• Enable Marketers to make better-informed decisions through elegant, accurate, and timely data visualizations and complex analyses
• Become the subject-matter expert on internal marketing data, key performance metrics, and drivers of customer lifetime value (LTV), with a focus on paid media and ad-tech channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track paid marketing programs, new customer performance and identify opportunities to optimize a multimillion-dollar marketing budget
• Develop predictive models for customer LTV and related KPIs using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Conduct statistical analysis and test business hypotheses, to help institute a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to achieve desired results
• Automate repeatable analysis processes and contribute to scalable analytics frameworks and tools.
• Present insights from quantitative analysis and models to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.

• 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, with experience in SQL and AB testing
• Flexible and adaptive to shifting priorities and timelines in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Spotfire, or QlikView
• A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude and a team-first mindset. 

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000

Our goal is to support, reward and compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, stock options, 401(k) participation, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
