Power Factors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Renewals & Novations leader to join our team.  The role is responsible for building and leading two teams:  Renewals and Novations.  Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the leader will be a senior leader of the Global Customer Organization, working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, SCADA Delivery and Product.

Power Factors is an integrated technology company with SAAS, hardware and services solutions.  In our SCADA/EMS business, the party that manages/operates a site changes over time.  When this happens, the maintenance & support contract signed with the original operator is replaced by a new contract with the new operator.   This process is called a “novation” and requires proactive management similar to renewals.

The new leader will be tasked with developing these teams from the ground up, utilizing deep expertise in the renewals process to develop an equally robust process for novations.  This is a critical function for Power Factors and the Director will have the full support of the Executive Team.

  • Analyze renewal/novations data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reporting on performance and key metrics to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform renewal/novations strategies.
