HVAC and Plumbing Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

We are hiring for an Experienced Customer Service Representative to support our growing team and customer base! We do residential service and installs across the gulf coast area.

Starting hourly rates of $16 - $20, with room to grow from there.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service
• Experience with Service Titan
• Previous experience in the HVAC or Plumbing Industry
• Comfortable multi-tasking between various programs
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
• Able to work a rotating Saturday schedule
