Infor is seeking an experienced and analytical EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Consultant to support customers in designing, implementing, and optimizing Infor EPM solutions. This role blends financial expertise with hands-on implementation work and requires practiced FP&A fundamentals, budgeting leadership, consolidation experience, and the ability to work directly with customers to deliver high quality EPM outcomes.A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
- Lead or support end to end budgeting and forecasting solution design within Infor EPM Budgeting & Planning.
- Develop and refine complex financial models using Excel and Infor EPM Modeling Services.
- Support multinational financial consolidation using Infor EPM Financial Consolidation, including intercompany eliminations, ownership structures, and consolidation logic.
- Configure and deploy EPM components using the Infor EPM Platform.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, functional specifications, testing, validation, and customer enablement.
- Deliver customer training on Budgeting, Planning, Consolidation, Reporting, and other EPM components.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in FP&A, including financial modeling, planning cycles, and reporting.
- Experience leading the budget process and planning forecasting for multiple business units within the organization.
- Manufacturing or multi-industry FP&A experience.
- Experience with multinational financial consolidation, preferably using a dedicated tool.
- Proficiency building complex financial models in Excel or planning technologies.
- Experience in gathering and translating business requirements.
- Consulting or customer-facing implementation experience.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout North America (US and Canada), based on project needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Corporate accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with any EPM application. (e.g EPM Budgeting & Planning, EPM Financial Consolidation, Self-Service Reporting)
- Experience implementing or supporting other EPM solutions (Hyperion, Cognos, TM1, Anaplan, OneStream, Adaptive, etc.).
