About this role

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with experienced Scrum teams on system-level, regression, and performance testing. We’re looking for engineers who bring fresh ideas within the skills of the future- Cyber Security, Embedded Systems, Model Based Development, Software, Systems and UI Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Scrum teams to understand product features and requirements, contributing to clear and concise testing objectives.
• Assist in designing and implementing system-level tests to verify functionality across various software and firmware components.
• Help conduct regression testing to identify any potential issues after changes or updates to software and firmware.
• Support performance testing to evaluate system behaviors under various conditions and loads.
• Help analyze test results, document bugs, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and learn to provide updates on QA progress and challenges.
• Gain exposure to the development and implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Adhere to industry standards and company QA best practices.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience of system testing, regression testing, and performance testing methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• Strong interest in quality assurance, with a willingness to learn about software and firmware testing.
• Basic knowledge of system testing, regression testing, and performance testing methodologies.
• Exposure to automated testing tools and scripting languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
