About this role
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with experienced Scrum teams on system-level, regression, and performance testing. We’re looking for engineers who bring fresh ideas within the skills of the future- Cyber Security, Embedded Systems, Model Based Development, Software, Systems and UI Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Scrum teams to understand product features and requirements, contributing to clear and concise testing objectives.
- Assist in designing and implementing system-level tests to verify functionality across various software and firmware components.
- Help conduct regression testing to identify any potential issues after changes or updates to software and firmware.
- Support performance testing to evaluate system behaviors under various conditions and loads.
- Help analyze test results, document bugs, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in Scrum meetings and learn to provide updates on QA progress and challenges.
- Gain exposure to the development and implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Adhere to industry standards and company QA best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience of system testing, regression testing, and performance testing methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong interest in quality assurance, with a willingness to learn about software and firmware testing.
- Basic knowledge of system testing, regression testing, and performance testing methodologies.
- Exposure to automated testing tools and scripting languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
