DevSecOps Architect - Cybersecurity

With our innovative digital lending platform, we empower businesses by providing fast, secure, and transparent access to finance. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevSecOps Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure software development practices across the organization. This critical role will involve identifying and mitigating risks within the development process, collaborating with teams to integrate security controls, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement DevSecOps practices to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Automate security testing, monitoring, and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with developers to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities early in the development process.

• Promote a culture of secure coding practices and provide training to development teams.

• Monitor and respond to security incidents in cloud and on-premise environments.

• Manage & Operate Gitlab security, Cloud security, East

• West Security, IAM in cloud, SDLC architecture and risk assessments in sprints

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity. Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps or related roles.

• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) or equivalent

• AWS Certified Security Specialty or Azure Security Engineer Associate
