Responsibilities

  • Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory of the facility, lead audits, and complete inventory reports.
  • Identify discrepancies and document them properly. Conduct adjustments and transfers transactions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance and manage Company processes and procedures that ensure high-level inventory accuracy for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Traces history of items to determine root cause of discrepancies and find ways to prevent them in the future.
  • Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows are completed, accurate and filed correctly.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and addressing gaps in inventory processes.
  • Oversee the training and cross-training of inventory employees
  • Keeps work and warehouse areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition always.
  • Performs other duties as requested.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience performing cycle count, shipping/receiving, stock control, inventory and recordkeeping functions preferred
  • Material handling equipment experience preferred
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems; JDE preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with leadership, multiple departments
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain quality and safety standards
  • Ability to use material handling equipment<
