Every team member must be able to fulfill the responsibilities below.

Requirements

· Friendly and accommodating service to customer inquiries.

· Accurate record keeping (postal, transfers, gift cards, vouchers, lottery, and FAX).

· Product placement in the store.

· Completing money service transactions with accuracy.

· Knowledge of the POS and able to troubleshoot issues.

· Ability to complete money orders, cash checks, making change, change requests, transfers, house charge payments, returns, and refunds.

· Has phone etiquette and ability to transfer calls.

· Ability and knowledge of Lottery, state park passes, fair tickets, rainchecks, Rug Doctor, copies and FAX, and postage.

· Friendly, talkative, and engaging with the customer. Fastest & friendliest service.

· Opening/closing of Courtesy Counter.

· Handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.

· Maintaining the accuracy of the money services provided to the customers.

· Providing services that are not available in the lanes to the customer.

· Maintenance of tobacco sales, stock, and rotation.

· Must have open availability with weekends and holidays.

· Must be 18+.
