About the Role
Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Event Program Manager to lead and manage our hosted event programs across the Americas region. This role is responsible for owning the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of hosted event formats, including our Immerse regional roadshow series. This position will work closely with our team of regional field marketing managers to create, design, and execute scalable, high-quality, engaging, and educational events that drive pipeline growth, accelerate leads, and support our sales teams.
This position is ideal for a proactive, creative, and strategic thinker with strong hosted marketing event program management experience and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement event strategies for hosted events, aligning with business goals and sales objectives.
- Execution: Partner with Field Marketing Managers on end-to-end event execution, including venue selection, event design, logistics, and onsite management to ensure a seamless experience.
- Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on event performance, including registration metrics, attendance, sales pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Field Marketing Managers to provide turnkey event resources, while working collaboratively to design customized event experiences for prospects, customers, and partners.
- Promotional Strategy: Drive attendance through targeted promotional strategies in collaboration with internal teams (Sales, BDR, Customer Support) and external vendors.
- Sales Enablement: Create and provide enablement materials and training for sales, customer support, and business development teams to maximize engagement at events.
- Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain templates and toolkits for a consistent, scalable event brand experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive teams to coordinate event content, design, logistics and execution.
- Budget Management: Manage event budgets, track expenditures, and report on ROI.
- Reporting: Publish pre- and post-event reports detailing key metrics such as event registration, attendance, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning large-scale hosted corporate event programs, in a B2B technology environment.
- 8+ years of experience in event program management, with a focus on driving pipeline and sales acceleration through events.
- Exceptional organization, communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with Sales, Product Marketing, and Executive teams.
- Proficiency in event management tools (such as Splash, Swoogo, etc), CRM systems (such as Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills with experience building and analyzing event performance reports.
- Ability to manage event budgets and demonstrate a strong focus on ROI.
