Position Overview

SGRE is currently seeking highly talented and motivated candidate for an Administrative Functional Support. The successful candidate will manage all day-to-day functional operations, applying IT systems and performing specialized administrative tasks specific to the role.
Relocation may be offered for this role should it be necessary
Responsibilities
Proceeds with all day-to-day functional specific operations and applies IT systems.
Performs functionally specialized administration tasks.
Prepares specialized routine report and correspondence, and/or statistics.
Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including Office application or specialized software packages.
Completes routine reports, in order to support decision processes in the area assigned.
Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organization unit served.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and calendars for the executive team. Reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive as well as other management staff.
Organizing documents, maintaining records, and taking notes at meetings.
Preparing and analyzing data, reports, and presentations.
Providing assistance to other administrative staff members.
Acting as a representative and liaison for the executive. Partnering with key departments to provide administrative support.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years related experience 2 year degree/certificate in a related field preferred
Must have a high degree of competence in the use of the following Software systems
SAP, Office 365 suite, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
Payroll experience preferred
Human Resource experience preferred
Prior experience and understanding of how to handle confidential data is required

Travel required will be up to 10%
