We are focused on diversity and equality and aim to build a team with varied backgrounds, skills, and perspectives.</p> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participate in and lead audit activities, ensuring that audit work aligns with relevant professional standards and internal policies and procedures.</li> <li>Focus on customer value in planning and reporting, ensuring deadlines are met.</li> <li>Build and maintain effective relationships to facilitate knowledge sharing, provide insights, and support colleague development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Need to Thrive in This Role</strong></p> <p>To succeed, you should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a large financial institution, audit (e.g., the Big 4), or other control functions. You should possess effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and report complex matters clearly and understandably while maintaining strong stakeholder relations. Proficiency in English (the working language in GIA) and working knowledge of Finnish is necessary.</p> <p><strong>Advantageous to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Credit knowledge, specifically related to corporates.</li> <li>CIA or equivalent certification (or qualifications and an intention to complete one).</li> <li>Proficiency in using data analysis and AI in your work.</li> </ul> <p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p> <p>Please send your CV and a motivational letter by 10 March.
