Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in running assigned zone for all materials and area assigned.
• Conduct morning start up meetings to emphasize safety, set goals, and communicate weekly work plans in zone.
• Train and provide guidance to hourly employees within a zone of operation.
• Manage fulfillment needs of daily production schedules and any schedule revisions for materials within zones of responsibility.
• Participate in monthly safety audits and implement solutions based on identified gaps.
• Track and input of metrics for assigned zone.
• Assist team members with troubleshooting and problem-solving issues.
• Assist in identifying areas of improvement and support proper implementation.
• Ensure all company supplied tools and equipment used are properly stored at the end of each shift by reviewing daily inspection sheets for vehicles and PIT equipment.
• Execute and maintain acceptable performance standards for fulfillment, quality, safety, and housekeeping

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required, experience in warehouse environment required
• Software knowledge: MRP, SAP, WMS, YMS, and Microsoft experience preferred
