Job Responsibilities

1. 3-5 years work experience 2. Graduate of a University/Program with a Doctorate Degree of Medicine or Osteopathic MD or DO 3. Current Medical License - MD or DO 4. Unrestricted Current DEA Registration 5. Current Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate of Registration
