About the Role
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Event Manager to drive the success of public sector security marketing and event initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in ambiguity and excels at cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to the team.Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Email Campaigns
- Develop and execute email campaigns and program workflows.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Create and amplify content.
Data Analysis, Reporting & Calendar Management
- Track, analyze, and report on program performance metrics to ensure business alignment.
- Maintain and update event calendars with accurate scheduling and coordination.
- Manage lists while adhering to data privacy and compliance standards.
- Support documentation development (e.g., PPD) for streamlined content migration.
Event Logistics
Oversee all logistics, including speaker management, vendor coordination, and materials preparation.
- Manage event registration, attendee communications, and inquiries.
- Provide post-event reporting and analysis for continuous improvement.
Public Sector Security Marketing Support
- Maintain event calendars and speaker rosters.
- Enhance and curate content for broader amplification.
- Develop internal and external communications for sales teams and stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
- Define and execute influencer and consumer marketing programs that highlight client contributions.
- Manage event budgets, research competitors, and track key industry trends.
- Lead full event production, from content development to venue management and promotions.
- Analyze program effectiveness, conduct post-event reporting, and present ROI insights.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, executives, and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing.
- Experience in public sector marketing, political campaigns, or advocacy initiatives.
- Strong budget management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with agility and flexibility.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills in corporate settings.
- Proven ability to independently lead major programs and strategize at a high level.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
