About ICAP

ICAP, part of TP ICAP group, provides a wide variety of execution and information services to wholesale market participants.

We offer broking services covering a wide range of asset classes, including Commodities, Credit, Equities, FX, Money Market Funds and Rates.

For each asset class, ICAP offers e-trading capability, giving clients the option to enter prices and execute trades directly via one of our hybrid electronic trading systems, or to engage with brokers who can identify and negotiate trades

Role Overview:

The Junior Voice Broker role at ICAP involves promoting the company, supporting brokers, ensuring timely trade inputs, and resolving trade queries. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Role Responsibilities:

• Promote ICAP as a company

• Provide complete support to the brokers for the smooth running of the desk

• Ensure timely input of trades into trading systems

• Assist in arranging and executing trades from client orders and as directed by a broker

• Ensure timely input of trades into trading systems

• Resolve any trade queries received internally and externally, and ensure any trade discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner

• Identify trade opportunities and calculate strategies

Experience/Competences:

Essential

• Great verbal and written communication skills 

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under deadlines

• Strong written and oral communication skills 

• Independent, self-motivated, with ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment
