Student Worker Job Description 2025 

General SEAL Office Programming 

• Create advertisements for specific events on Canva.

• Create RSVP forms when necessary.

• Assist with tracking attendance at events.

• Assist with purchasing materials for events.

• Help post events on SEAL Instagram.

Clubs & Organizations

• Assist with Club Rush, Involvement Fair.

• Assist with Club Training.

• Attend SGA General Assembly, serve as a liaison for the office of SEAL.

• Assist with tracking community service for clubs.

• Assist with online club purchases.

• Assist in tracking club purchases/receipts.

• Assist in design, build, and maintenance of the Discover East platform which will be the centralized virtual space where RSOs and SEAL Office files, club rosters, club constitutions, officer and advisor lists, archival documents, and forms will be kept. 

Alternative Spring Break 

• Assist with recruitment for Alternative Spring Break programming, including development of marketing strategies.

• Assist in the development of application materials.

• Assist in maintenance and content creation for the Alternative Spring Break website.

• Research, develop, and advertise fundraising opportunities.
