Salesforce Project Manager - Marketing Cloud

Description

Abra is seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Automation Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead complex Marketing Cloud projects from inception to completion, combining strong technical expertise with deep marketing process understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of marketing automation processes
• Oversee customer communication, expectation management, and stakeholder alignment
• Create and maintain comprehensive project and process specification documents
• Provide matrix management for cross-functional implementation teams
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget execution
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align automation strategies with business goals

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proven track record in managing, defining, and delivering marketing automation processes — either client-side or vendor-side
• Strong understanding of both technical implementation and marketing strategy
• Experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing automation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective marketing workflows and campaigns
