We believe in high autonomy, and we want people who are looking to do things differently in order to create better experiences for our customers.</p><p></p><p>We work in cross-functional teams and are laser focused on increasing the number of active clients we serve to drive sustainable growth.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role in the Team's Success</b></p><p><span>We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our cross-functional Insight &amp; Analytics Team at IG Europe. </span></p><p></p><p><span>The ideal candidate will help bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making, working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Trading, Legal, and Compliance departments in the Europe Division. </span></p><p></p><p><span>You'll help uncover opportunities for growth and operational efficiency while providing actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization</span>.</p><p></p><p><b>What you'll do</b></p><ul><li><p>Extract data from multiple database sources using SQL queries</p></li><li><p>Transform and clean data using SQL, Python, or Excel to ensure accuracy and usability</p></li><li><p>Analyse Google Analytics (GA) data to track website performance, user platform behaviour, and conversion metrics</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain dashboards in Looker or Tableau that track KPIs and campaign performance</p></li><li><p>Perform analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization</p></li><li><p>Generate clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Communicate findings through presentations, reports, emails, and interactive dashboards</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, market and competitive landscape to develop relevant analyses.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you'll need for this role</b></p><p></p><p><b>Key Qualification Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Proven track-record in data analysis or data related field</p></li><li><p>Strong SQL skills are a must have. Ability to write queries across multiple tables and databases</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing metrics analysis</p></li><li><p>Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.)</p></li><li><p>Advanced excel skills – incl. pivot tables, lookup functions, statistical analysis</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy</p></li><li><p>Fluent English speaking is essential.
