Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related discipline
- Ability to provide required on-call coverage and live in UMA residence hall
- Clinical counseling license eligible
Preferred:
- Experience working with college students or in an educational setting
- Awareness of student development stages for both traditional-age and non-traditional-age students
Salary: The normal hiring salary range for this position is in the low to high $50's and is commensurate with training, education, and experience and will take into consideration the salary of current UMS employees for transfer/promotion. The cost of housing in Erskine Hall or designated hall will be included in the compensation package.
This position will work eleven months of the year.
