About the Role

A client is seeking a junior-level video editor to enhance their YouTube channel and Instagram presence. This role involves creating engaging, high-action video content that captures the thrill and artistry of urban exploration photography and videography. The position offers a consistent workflow with two YouTube videos monthly and two Instagram reels weekly, making it ideal for an editor looking to build their portfolio in the adventure content niche.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce two full-length YouTube videos per month
• Create two Instagram reels per week from provided footage
• Implement dynamic editing techniques suited to high-action urban exploration content
• Sync footage with appropriate music and sound effects

Requirements

• Junior-level experience in video editing, preferably with adventure or lifestyle content
• Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels and YouTube video formats and best practices
• Strong sense of pacing and storytelling through video
