Senior Implementation Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded. Maintain tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget; ensure that operational teams and subcontractors have a clear understanding of client requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide day-to-day client advice and support. Promote the organization's capabilities to clients, identify sales opportunities to be forwarded to the account managers and achieve contract extensions or additional business within the account(s). Contract may involve both short- and long-term commitment of service and vary significantly in value/strategic importance. Require a recognized expert within the company. Anticipate internal and or external business challenges, vendor and/or regulatory issues; recommend process, product or service improvements. Solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Perform other duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.
- Also required is: 2 years of experience: writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance for data analysis; demonstrating proficiency in API design principles, including RESTful architecture and knowledge of testing methodologies for databases and APIs; in at least one language like Python, Java, or similar; working with clinical workflows, particularly with electronic health records (EHR) systems, enabling efficient implementation and optimization of integrated solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency; communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; and integrating diverse healthcare systems and applications, leveraging deep expertise in HL7 standards to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.
- Employee reports to LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL, Inc. office in Alpharetta, GA, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.
- Experience can be concurrent.
