We are looking for an experienced Data Center Operations (DCO) Engineer to join our Network Infrastructure team. Reporting to the Director of Network Infrastructure, you will:
- “Rack & Stack” – Install servers and network infrastructure into production data centers; pack and unpack servers, network hardware, and other related equipment.
- Install structured fiber optic plants in production data centers, completing all host and network cabling within the facilities.
- Troubleshoot issues within production data center infrastructure; repair or replace server and network components, as well as associated infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other teams to schedule, execute, and validate break/fix activities; engage and assist Remote Hands and other third parties as needed.
- Plan and schedule installations, maintenance, and break/fix activities; work with engineers to ensure all installed equipment is fully validated.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5 or more years of experience working with Production Data Center environments
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role.
- Deep understanding of various types of servers, network devices, optics, fiber, copper
- Experience with engaging remote Data Center “Smart Hands”
- Experience with the LINUX/UNIX command line, BIOS, OOB mgmt (ILO, iDRAC, IPMI, etc)
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of your time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly and regularly
- On-call duty is not required but occasional after hours work will be involved

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
