Responsibilities:
Drive an understanding and adherence to the principles of data quality management including metadata, lineage, and business definitions
Support moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing contextual direction as the domain subject matter expert (SME) for operations to effectively partner with various horizontal teams
Support the design, development, and management of project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements..
Exhibit outstanding relationship building and influencing skills to collaborate and effectively drive project / program efforts
Have excellent communication skills which are essential for interacting with key stakeholders at all levels and job families across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Strong analytical and technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to change quickly
A solid grasp of process management concepts and ability to work with various stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of project management experience
At least 2 years of process management experience
At least 1 year of analyzing data and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
1+ years experience coding in Databricks, Snowflake, or SQL
Six Sigma certification, PMP Certification, or relevant experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
