Pay: $20/hr

We are looking for a motivated Production Assembler who is eager to build a long-term career in a supportive environment that truly invests in its people.  You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a smooth production flow while rotating through various departments to master a wide range of manufacturing skills.   if you’re dependable and mechanically inclined  we are ready to train you. 

Essential Functions:

• Helps to prepare work areas, keeps the plant clean and organized.
• Works as an apprentice in several areas of production floor
• Contributes to team effort by collaborating and supporting the team on projects.
• Ability to work with general hand tools such as: drills, screw drivers, cutting tools and table saws 
• Use a tape measure, micrometers and or calipers
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Competencies and Attributes Needed:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Mechanical and introductory electrical experience is needed 
• Forklift operation 
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally with other departments

Physical Requirements:

• Sit, stand, bend, and climb ladders daily
• Lift at least 50 pounds infrequently
• Ability to wear a dust mask or breathing respirator while performing some job tasks.
