Would you like to support the team that ensures customers with extraordinary activity have stability on Azure? Azure High priority events is looking for a High Priority Event Coordinator to support their efforts in coordinating end-to-end support for events. This role requires strong analytical, organizational and time management skills. Must be highly organized and proficient multi-tasker with great attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and Triage submissions for the Hi-Pri Event program (including Global events during APAC and EMEA time zones as needed)
• Guide and Instruct stakeholders on how to best prepare for their event by scheduling kick-off meetings and providing any supplemental information as needed
• Partner across various cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure the smoothest event possible with appropriate reviews
• Provide clear, concise communications to stakeholders for how to escalate during the event by sending an email with the instructions two days before the event begins
• Partner with other teams to detect and determine impact of Live Site Incidents and Service Notifications/Maintenance on Hi-Pri Events
• Maintain Hi-Pri Events program documentation and help drive optimization with tooling
• Help identify root cause of escalations to drive long term resolutions by gathering customer impact, the fix, and RCA for both platform and non-platform Sev A escalations.
• Help identify long term strategies for improving the Hi-Priority Event Program by managing the Hi-Pri Event surveys.
• Contribute to the creation of future Microsoft support capabilities for Hi-Pri Events
• Develop and share best practices and recommendations to improve efficiencies within the internal team

 

What you’ll bring:

• BA/BS Degree
• Experience in creating documentation and best practices
• Providing support for CXP for at least 6 months
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
