About the role
<p>An excellent opportunity has arisen for a <b>Production Planner</b> for Building Flow Solutions Europe (GF BFS), Poland business, reporting to Production Planning Manager. You will be accountable for ensuring that the capacity requirements for all relevant resources derived from the monthly demand plan is matched with available capacity and that resource constraints and bottlenecks are highlighted in the monthly supply planning meetings so that the participants are enabled to decide on scenarios to be evaluated.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Creating and coordinating monthly long term plans for Production in manufacturing facilities;</p></li><li><p>Ensuring proper data maintenance for resource planning (e.g. balancing capacities, monitoring and ensuring desired inventory levels);</p></li><li><p>Identifying bottlenecks, resolving them within own responsibility and authorization level and defining scenarios for overcoming them beyond own level of authorization;</p></li><li><p>Preparing mid-term production plans and releasing new orders in the Planning Software;</p></li><li><p>Cooperating closely with manufacturing plant and diverse business partners;</p></li><li><p>Performing operational work related to Planning processes;</p></li><li><p>Implementing improvements in the areas of service and inventory management;</p></li><li><p>Continuously improving planning processes within own area;</p></li><li><p>Preparing structured and standardized documentation for presenting results and highlighting issues;</p></li><li><p>Maintaining Planning Master Data.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Master degree, preferably in the fields of: Supply Chain, Logistics, IT;</p></li><li><p>Professional experience of 2-10 years;</p></li><li><p>Very good English;</p></li><li><p>MS Office knowledge (excellent Excel skills);</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of Planning Software (ERP environment);</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes;</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical skills;</p></li><li><p>Highly developed communication skills;</p></li><li><p>Structured, proactive and persistent working style;</p></li><li><p>Willingness to learn and develop new skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you can expect from the job</b></p><ul><li><p>Competitive salary;</p></li><li><p>Contract of employment;</p></li><li><p>Benefits such as private medical care, life insurance, Multisport card;</p></li><li><p>Trainings provided by the experienced employees;</p></li><li><p>Development of your Supply Chain knowledge;</p></li><li><p>Multicultural and friendly working environment;</p></li><li><p>Work from home possibility;</p></li><li><p>Possibility of career development in GF Group.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>You can submit your CV and cover letter until 22.06.2025.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Join us to be part of a forward-thinking, people-centered company where your ideas and contributions truly matter.</b></p>
