The Role:
- Work within the Quality and Patient Safety Service to support the implementation and monitoring of governance systems to enable the safe delivery of care and improved patient outcomes.
- Drive initiatives to address specific areas of concern relating to quality, clinical treatment, patient/client safety, risk management, and progress accreditation requirements.
- Access, monitor and evaluate clinical data and indicators as required and provide relevant advice and recommendations.
- Drive the use of co-design and consumer engagement and champion the use of Patient Experience Data to focus improvement opportunities.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 17 March 2025.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $114,851 to $121,886 per annum (pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
- Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10 % based on qualification type
