The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a Lead Software Developer with strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a record of accomplishment in successful project execution and application development.
The Senior Developer will be working at CACI’s office in North Charleston. The project is within the Military Health portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Advise, consult, and interact with team leaders and peers.
Full accountability for the execution and delivery of multiple projects as related to testing, and software development and administration
Managing client, customer relationships
Prepare and deliver customer deliverables and scope execution requirements established by customer
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective actions
Serve as primary consultant with requirements team for feedback on technical feasibility of new features
Create mockups for new features
Maintain the application's style guide
Coordinate with SysOps and Test teams to ensure successful deployments of new releases
Qualifications:
Required:
Advanced knowledge of DHRES applications and functionality in support of USMC used applications.
Seasoned technical individual contributor with demonstrated success in DoD and USMC application development.
Knowledge of UI/UX best practices
Knowledge of Section 508 compliance
5 or more years of experience in full stack development of Java EE web applications
Demonstrated proficiency in designing web layouts with HTML/CSS
Demonstrated proficiency in CSS animations
Ability to work with developers and system administrators to identify and resolve issues.
Provide expertise in application development in an agile environment
Works independently with limited supervision.
Ability to manage mid and junior developers through project sprints and development processes.
Coaches and reviews the work of lower level developers.
Advanced knowledge of administrating traditional and non-traditional approaches to difficult and sometimes complex development issues.
Ability to positively and proactively influence others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures.
Education and Experience:
BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, Information Systems or Computer Science.
At least 5 years of experience
Expertise in the areas of vulnerability and risk management.
Active SECRET Clearance or higher.
An active IAT Level II DoD IAT Level 2 certification or higher (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP, etc.)
Desired:
Agile Development experience
Ability to understand Fortify Scans and Generate Reports from the scans
Working with Cloud Teams
