About the role
Your Contribution
- Improve management systems and business processes for the support and advancement of LN; Scope includes AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Export Compliance, Intellectual Property and other special programs.
- Support continuous improvement of the efficiency of management systems, with focus on simplification, standardization, conformance and compliance.
- Coach and train personnel, as required, in the context of standards, systems and programs noted above.
- Maintain lead-auditor credentials, conduct audits, train audit staff in auditing technique and application of related Industry and Regulatory standards.
- Administer LN Internal Audit program to ensure effective compliance to management system requirements (i.e. schedule, assign, monitor, etc.).
- Administer LN Corrective Action program to ensure effective compliance to management system requirements (i.e. content appropriateness, monitor, etc.).
- Compile and maintain management systems data, logs, reports and charts, as appropriate, that are required for analysis, decisions and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, reports, agendas, etc., from Certification Bodies and Regulatory agencies involving technical terminology, confidential data and other unique features.
Your Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) year degree or equivalent experience with a concentration on management systems.
- Minimum two (2) years in quality/other management system administration.
- Valid auditing certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of applicable Industry and Regulatory requirements (e.g. Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety, Import/Export, etc.).
- Ability to provide leadership for change and continual improvement.
- Effective interpersonal and negotiating skills resulting in the ability to create effective working relationships with a diverse group of personalities.
- Computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office software.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Effective communication skills: listening, writing, speaking and oral presentations.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Able and willing to work with others on a team.
- Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required.
