Position: Veterinary Receptionist
Are you passionate about animals and skilled at creating great customer experiences? We’re looking for a Veterinary Receptionist who will be the warm, professional face of our clinic. In this key front-desk role, you’ll help ensure every client and their pet feels cared for from the moment they walk in.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service to clients and their pets
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and gather medical history
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Track vaccination status and required testing for patients
• Communicate with veterinarians and support staff regarding patient needs
• Fill prescriptions, pet food orders, and other products per veterinary instruction
• Accurately enter and maintain client and patient records using veterinary software
• Perform additional duties as needed, adapting to evolving clinic needs
