Description:
We are looking for a professional and friendly outgoing professional capable of providing excellent customer service while multitasking, meeting deadlines, and the ability to work with a team or alone. Must have experience with clerical/administration functions, confidentiality, multi-tasking and able to work well within a team-based approach.
This position is expected to perform clerical and administrative duties in order to maintain program and registration operations including communications, data entry, filing, bookkeeping, scheduling, payee reimbursement, Insurance registration and the basic coordination of day-to-day services.
Prioritize daily tasks based on deadlines, urgency of needs and departmental policy.

SCHEDULE: Full Time: 37.5-hour work week, 9:30am-5:30 Monday-Thursday and 9am-5pm on Friday.

REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or GED, with business curriculum preferred and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must get Act 33/34, criminal, FBI clearances
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen
