What are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Operations Specialist position in our Morrisville corporate office.  This individual will be responsible for a wide array of duties including Customer Care Support, and Deposit Operations to include handling customer calls and providing branch support for these essential services. 

Prior banking experience preferred. This candidate should be technologically adept, deliver outstanding customer service, and have a continuous desire to learn.

Requirements

 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Able to work in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment. 

2. Mathematical aptitude. 

3. Previous banking experience and knowledge of Bank’s workflow. 

4. Possess a proficient knowledge of deposit and electronic banking products and services and related documentation. 

5. Maintain a positive attitude and possess the ability to work in a team environment. 

6. Responsible for keeping up to date with pertinent banking regulations and banking principles. 

7. Software utilized with which to become proficient: MS Office Suite, Silverlake, 4Sight, Q2, Synergy 

8. Be willing to work flexible hours as needed to accomplish job requirements.
