The Impact You’ll Make
As our RevOps Commissions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accuracy and transparency in commission processes for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You’ll be responsible for executing precise monthly commission calculations, maintaining insightful dashboards, and seamlessly coordinating with payroll for timely payouts. Your work ensures trust and motivation across our sales organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the accuracy of our commission data.
What You’ll Own & Drive
- Own end-to-end commission calculation for all GTM teams every month.
- Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Total Rewards to ensure commissions are aligned with compensation plans and organizational goals.
- Maintain and continuously improve the commission plans as well as the commission dashboard to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Work cross-functionally to investigate and resolve discrepancies in quota attainment, attainment data, and system syncing.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly commission payout files to Payroll.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to audit and refine commission structures.
- Assist in onboarding and explaining commission policies to new GTM hires.
- Support system automation to reduce manual effort and errors in commission workflows.

Your Background
- Minimum 5 years' experience in compensation analysis, Sales Operations, Finance, or related.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Experience with RevOps and commission systems (e.g., Salesforce, Spiff, PowerBI, Excel, Sheets, Quota Path).
- Background working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. <
