Life Enrichment Aide at Golden Years Homestead

Bring joy, purpose, and connection to the lives of older adults. As a Life Enrichment Aide, you’ll help plan and lead activities, events, and experiences that make each day meaningful for our residents. You’ll support the Director of Life Enrichment in creating engaging programs that encourage social interaction, creativity, and fun, while ensuring a clean, safe, and caring environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with planning and running group and one on one activities
• Help organize events, outings, games, and enrichment programs
• Build relationships with residents to understand their interests and needs
• Support residents who may be room bound with personalized visits
• Keep records and support compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain supplies and activity equipment
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life

What We’re Looking For:

• A kind, creative, and energetic team player
• Experience with older adults preferred, but not required
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license

Schedule:

• Part-time
• 9am-3pm every Saturday and Sunday
• 5:30pm-8pm every Tuesday and Thursday
