Sr Manager, Corporate Data and Analytics

 We’re looking for a seasoned Director-level engineering leader to build and scale data products/solutions across corporate functions finance and compliance. This is an engineering leadership role and requires a strong engineering background, ideally building data products and solutions for software  subscription business. Reporting to the Global Head of Data & Analytics, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment, driving impactful, world-class solutions for internal stakeholders. 

About the Team

Responsibilities

• Leading and growing a team of data engineers, analysts and scientists.

• Partnering with stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into scalable system designs.

• Designing and delivering data solutions that deliver measurable business value in an agile environment.

• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, impactful manner.

• Drive performance management, team development, and set clear objectives and success metrics.

• Overseeing technical project management to ensure on-time delivery with global teams.

• Implementing new processes and systems, providing training and ongoing support.

• Bringing an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset; thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field and have 15+ years across data engineering, ML, and analytics (preferably in SaaS).

• Deep expertise in subscription sales finance datasets.

• Strong engineering skills with proven ability to manage and analyze large, complex data.

• Hands-on experience delivering cloud-based data solutions and expertise in data architecture, compliance, security, and governance.

• Proficiency with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Python, Airflow, Kafka, Tableau, GraphDB, Notebooks.

• Excellent communicator, able to lead independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$146,700.00

Maximum:

$339,300.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
