  • Define Strategic Opportunities: Identify and size new growth areas across segments, geographies, or business models. Structure and present arguments that influence roadmap and investment decisions.

  • Lead Monetization Strategy: Collaborate with finance and business model strategy to define pricing and packaging strategies — from customer research and market analysis to modeling and go-to-market alignment.

  • Drive Product Performance: Build a deep understanding of product performance and customer behavior. Partner with analytics, finance, and PLG to uncover levers that unlock growth and efficiency.

  • Craft Our AI Evolution: Collaborate with product, research, and content teams to define how Adobe Stock evolves in the AI era — across product, value proposition, and monetization.

  • Influence at the Highest Levels: Deliver sharp, data-backed strategic recommendations that influence executive decision-making and cross-functional alignment.

  • Lead Competitive and Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market dynamics, industry disruption, and competitor moves. Turn insights into action.

  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate deeply with product, finance, strategy, and content to drive balanced growth and category leadership.

Who You Are

  • BA/BS Degree preferred OR 15+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, consulting or an equivalent, with a strong background in SaaS, Marketplace OR equivalent practical experience

  • Exceptionally Analytical: You bring structured thinking and strong modeling skills to everything you do. You move beyond the “what” to uncover the “why” and “what next.”

  • Strategic Operator: You balance visionary thinking with practical execution and can distill complexity into clear decisions.

  • Financially Savvy: You understand the unit economics of subscriptions, content licensing, and COGS — and how they impact balanced growth.

  • Highly Driven and Self-Starter: You are proactive, diligent, and set a high bar for quality. You don’t wait for direction — you drive clarity and action.

  • Influential Communicator and collaborator: You’re confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, influencing without authority through clear logic and storytelling.

  • Adaptable in Ambiguity: You thrive in fast-changing environments and bring order to ambiguity through structured analysis and initiative.

  • AI experience is a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,200 -- $249,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
