Role and responsibilities

You will have a significant impact on the success of ASML by ensuring the right executive talent is identified, engaged, onboarded, and developed to meet current and future business needs. This is an opportunity to shape the future of the company’s leadership pipeline and contribute directly to its ongoing growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.

Your key responsibilities are including following:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor process frameworks to guarantee high-quality, consistent execution across all executive talent management activities (assessment for selection\internal sourcing\onboarding\re-boarding\development).

  • Provide executive coaching and development advisory. 

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for process effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance, providing regular reporting to senior leadership. 

  • Lead the optimization of the end-to-end executive resourcing process, identifying and implementing improvements to streamline operations and enhance candidate experience (both internal and external channels). 

  • Provide expert input and analysis in the review and selection of external suppliers. 

  • Lead the design and optimization of the executive onboarding, ensuring new hires and internal transfers are set up for accelerated performance and cultural integration. 

  • Support the implementation of new approaches to executive succession planning, ensuring robust, transparent, and data-driven processes. 

  • Serve as additional support to Executive Talent Resourcing in managing executive vacancies during periods of high volume and activity. ​​​
     

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. 

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, executive resourcing, or related HR disciplines, with a focus on process improvement. 

  • Executive Search Agency experience as a consultant, and then in-house corporate experience. 

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines. 

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
