You will operate with a strong sense of ownership and urgency—identifying performance gaps, mobilizing cross-functional resources, and driving actions that directly impact growth.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a clear focus on delivering results, improving partner performance, and scaling repeatable success.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end business performance with a strategic distribution partner, including revenue, growth, and partner activation across the full portfolio

  • Serve as HPE’s primary interface with the distributor, building strong working relationships while maintaining clear accountability for outcomes

  • Deliver against defined revenue and growth targets, with full ownership of performance

  • Translate HPE’s strategic priorities into concrete, executable plans with clear actions, owners, and timelines

  • Drive pipeline creation, deal progression, and transactional velocity on a continuous basis

  • Maintain a tight operating rhythm across pipeline, bookings, and sell-out performance

  • Identify performance gaps vs. targets and take immediate, data-driven action to close them

  • Drive partner acquisition, activation, and productivity to expand and strengthen the active partner ecosystem

  • Influence distributor and partner behavior to improve execution, focus, and business outcomes

  • Lead regular business reviews focused on performance, accountability, and actionable next steps

  • Ensure disciplined follow-through across all stakeholders and initiatives

  • Expand share of wallet across the portfolio through targeted plays and focused execution

  • Develop and scale repeatable motions that drive sustained partner performance and growth

  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, business units) to remove blockers and accelerate execution

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, channel, or partner business management

  • Proven track record of owning and delivering revenue outcomes in complex environments

  • Experience managing large, strategic partners or accounts with significant scale and complexity

  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels

  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including executive-level interactions

  • Based within approximately one hour of Buffalo, NY (or Toronto, ON) is preferred to support regular onsite engagement with the Ingram Micro office; ability to travel up to 30–50% across the U.S. and Canada, including frequent visits to distributor locations and partner events, is required.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of distribution and channel business models

  • Proven ability to drive execution, demonstrated by consistent delivery against targets

  • Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actions

  • Strong business judgment with a high degree of ow
