Job Summary As a Client Service Associate at Flourish In, you will play a vital role in engaging with customers, supporting outreach campaigns, and driving fundraising efforts for nonprofits. This hands-on position will involve managing event operations, educating the public about important causes, and inspiring participation in community-based efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Engage & Educate: Share the missions of nonprofit organizations, foster public support, and build meaningful connections with event attendees.
• Fundraising Support: Assist in meeting fundraising goals, ensuring that initiatives are successfully supported.
• Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for event attendees, answering questions and providing information.
• Encourage Participation: Motivate attendees to get involved, support nonprofit causes, and take action.
• Track & Report: Accurately process donations and gather feedback to improve future events and outreach efforts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates to ensure successful event planning and execution.
• Training & Mentorship: Participate in training sessions and offer support to new team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Personality: Outgoing, enthusiastic, and passionate about community engagement and nonprofit causes.
• Experience: Previous customer service, sales, or event coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
• Organization: Excellent time management and ability to handle logistics for events.
• Commitment: Passion for nonprofit work and dedication to community service.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (travel may be involved).
