Successful candidates will join LSEG’s Markets division on the rotational programme and be part of a dynamic team that powers global financial markets and helps organisations navigate risk with confidence. This graduate programme brings together our Capital Markets and Post Trade businesses to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions—from raising and trading capital across asset classes and geographies, to clearing and optimising portfolios, to managing regulatory, reputational and financial risk. 

As part of the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to explore diverse areas within the Markets division, including: 

• Post Trade Solutions: Join teams like Acadia, where we’re looking for technically skilled individuals to help build and enhance platforms that support risk management, margining, and collateral optimisation. You’ll work on innovative solutions that underpin the infrastructure of financial markets and contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and efficient systems. 

• FX Product or Sales: Dive into the world of foreign exchange through platforms like FXall, where we’re seeking graduates with strong core finance knowledge. You’ll gain exposure to FX trading workflows, client engagement, and product development, helping shape the future of global currency markets. 

This is a great opportunity for students studying a Finance/Economics or Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics subject to apply their skills to business-related roles. During the recruitment process, we’ll get to know your strengths and interests to align them with the needs of the business and place you in your first rotation accordingly. 

To be eligible you must be a graduate who has completed your studies in 2025 or a final year undergraduate or Master’s student and have completed all the requirements of your qualification before September 2026.
