Experience:
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in 2+ functional areas, including but not limited to HCM and Talent & Performance
• 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience in Adaptative Planning, Extend, and Prism is preferred.
• Workday Certifications (Preferred)
Job Description
- Analyzes, designs and implements the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platform, which may include system administration/support, improving the efficiency of data collection and acting as a subject-matter expert for applicable systems/processes.
- Coach and mentor other analysts/associates.
- Consults on the evaluation, analysis and design of HRIS for the organization and oversees complex activities and projects.
- May lead review of data input, output and reports to ensure the accuracy of data in the HRIS.
- Recommends solutions for improving the efficiency of data collection and reporting procedures.
- Provides end user support and coordinates with other human resources functions to ensure that the HRIS is adequately and efficiently supporting the organization's human resources practices; Leads process improvements where relevant.
- Recommends and implements more complex systems and technology solutions.
