Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst - UAT Change Management Associate  for the TOCA Product department. This role will play a pivotal role in supporting product releases, conducting product testing, and managing change initiatives. This position will work closely with the Product team to ensure successful product launches and seamless transitions for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong analytical skills, experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and expertise in change management processes.

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis:
  • Review product requirements to ensure that developed product functions and features have been met.
  • Validate that all product functionalities align with business needs and can be thoroughly tested via UAT and pilot tests.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to ensure comprehensive coverage of requirements.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
  • Develop UAT plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Coordinate and execute UAT activities, ensuring thorough testing of new products and features
