Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud IT Developer Team Lead that is passionate about working directly with exciting customers, helping them define and execute their requirements, supporting vital national security missions, and seeing an immediate impact from your work. The position will lead a team consisting of local and remote IT Developers that enable DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies. The ideal candidate is hyper focused on customer needs, enthusiastic, a self-starter, and is dedicated to the mission.
Here's what you need:
- 5+ years of experience leading teams, collecting and directing requirements, and coordinating product deliveries to customers, clients, or external teams
- 5+ years of experience in managing multi-task projects with significant scope and complexity
- 3+ years supporting classified programs for DoD, IC, or Federal Law Enforcement customers in a technical environment
- 3+ years of experience in software development and using debugging skills
- 2+ years of experience with basic network engineering concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, Encryption, ACLs, VLAN technologies)
- Currently possess or ability to obtain 8570 IAT Level II Compliant Certification
Bonus points if you have:
- Strong leadership experience
- Experience implementing security practices in a mixed environment, to include Windows, Linux, and Cloud Environments
- Experience with AWS or familiarity with cloud technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with briefing senior and executive leadership
- Able to execute autonomously and take ownership
- Experience with Git & automation techniques
- Experience with Agile Scrum framework
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active Secret with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $105,200 - $196,500
Colorado: $105,200 - $169,700
New York: $97,300 - $196,500
Washington: $112,100 - $180,700
