Job Description

As a Global Media Brand Manager, you will be part of a multicultural team leading the client´s product portfolio across digital channels. You will be responsible for developing the digital media strategy, coordinating 10 markets across EMEA, LATAM, & APAC ensuring proper implementation and reporting across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will be integrated into a fulltime multimedia team for the: leadership, responsibility, and overall coordination of the client and internal performance team. As someone curious and proactive you will work to understand our business challenges, getting under the skin of our consumers and producing the best media strategies for the markets assigned to you.

How you’d spend your day:

  • Demonstrating a clear understanding of the brand by acting as a brand guardian.
  • Servicing as day to day contact for the agency/client across several departments, while building long-term relationships with the client/teams.
  • Prioritizing multiple projects in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
  • Managing, monitoring, and updating all timelines and set realistic expectations with clients.
  • Controlling the workload effectively and highlighting to the channel´s line manager if support is required to ensure successful completion of a project.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and effectively collaborating with junior team members and interns.
  • Ensuring maximum benefit from our key business partners (Meta, Google, TikTok) by working with them directly and via our media agency.
  • Developing the overall strategy for the product portfolio in digital channels.
  • Responsible for following up on the planning, execution and reporting of performance key metrics.
  • Being the catalyst for the adoption of best-in-class digital practices across the entire marketing ecosystem.
  • Reporting on trends, opportunities, challenges across key markets.
  • Constantly reviewing and comparing what competitors and our brand´s benchmarks are doing successfully.
  • Responsible for the implementation of specific strategies based on channel and/or product performance.
  • Supporting the Digital Operations Lead in managing all digital projects.
  • Managing digital budgets for each market/campaign and informing the Brand Director and Digital Operations leads of significant changes during the campaign activations.
  • Establishing and driving the digital performance strategies that maximize engagement across the full funnel but with a special focus on performance.
  • Measuring, reporting, and driving analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI.
  • Forecasting and tracking key customer metrics and KPIs weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Ensuring monthly billing and budgets are aligned across markets/channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing and Communication or min 5 years of experience as a digital planner/manager role.
  • Multimedia capacity, with a focus on the Digital environment.
  • Good knowledge of Media planning tools and key sources.
  • Experience in online advertising. Knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources. Analytical skills, demonstrating fluidity in the acquisition of metrics.
  • Experience in planning, being able to evaluate and organize large campaigns with different online channels.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding, especially in performance pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPI, …).
  • Strategic thinking, tactical skills.
  • Advanced English (C1)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Ads, among others.
