About the role:
Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and help steer our organization into the future. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for documenting technical opportunities, as well as identifying and resolving complex system issues. This role is pivotal in providing analytical and IT/systems support for our Warehouse Operations and Manufacturing teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Triage User Issues to provide guidance and resolve issues in support of business systems including SAP and SAPWM (On-call support)
- Resolve technical issues, including diagnosis of the problem, recommendations for workarounds, and defect correction
- Partner with Stakeholders and IT to interpret business objectives and translate them into user stories and workable technology solutions
- Drive the identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through the evaluation of real-time and historical data.
- Work closely with corporate and project teams (internal and external) to ensure timely implementations and problem resolution
- Identify areas for process improvement and establish effective and efficient business practices.
- Perform tasks such as Tracing Requirements to Design, creating a Test Script for Requirements, and executing System and User Acceptance Testing. Execute software validation and/or qualification protocols and record results.
- Promote optimized business processes through the identification of integration opportunities between Applications and automation of key manual activities and effective user training and support.
- Participation in cross-functional and cross-site teams (local & US) to articulate site requirements, co-ordinate site testing and simulation and documentation of results.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst in a warehouse/distribution/logistics/supply chain environment
- 3+ years SAP experience
- Experienced in providing SAP end user support
- Ability to travel 5-10%
Preferred qualifications:
- Expertise in SAP S4 HANA
- Strong background in Inventory Management
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Self-starter with a strong, proactive work ethic
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with working in a regulated environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
