Our consultants work closely with the C-suite at our clients to accelerate and de-risk business growth while improving their customer and employee experience.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are currently recruiting for a new team member with Procurement &amp; Supply Chain Management expertise to join us.</p><p>You will leverage your hands-on supply chain and procurement experience to support our clients with:</p><ul><li>Performance improvement across procurement and supply chain management</li><li>Support the delivery of core procurement services</li><li>Procurement operating model strategy development and implementation</li><li>Improve client value through cost optimisation projects</li><li>Digital procurement and digital transformation</li><li>Contractor management and safety</li></ul><p>You will work with others to develop workable, pragmatic solutions and provide a lasting impact by transferring knowledge and building long-term capability for clients. The fresh perspectives you bring will help challenge the status quo and introduce new ways for our clients to add value.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics/…</li><li>3 to 6 years’ experience within a consultancy firm</li><li>Knowledge in procurement strategy</li><li>Outstanding team player and good communication skills</li><li>Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions</li><li>Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed</li><li>Language skills: French, Dutch and English</li><li>Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands)</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We are unable to provide a work permit for this position.</p><p>Sia Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
