Associate Project Delivery Lead

You will coordinate and manage smaller-scale customer onboarding and managed service transition projects, ensuring smooth execution across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Acting as the central point of contact, you will help translate customer needs into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables. The position combines structured project coordination with hands-on client interaction and internal team collaboration. You will work closely with engineers, account teams, and onboarding specialists to ensure projects stay on track and meet defined success criteria. This is a strong entry point into project delivery leadership with opportunities to grow into larger, more complex project ownership.
