Job Description
Danfoss is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to join our team in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (PL), who will be responsible for securing thermo-lab flow performance and productivity. Your role would be to lead team of technicians responsible mainly for calibration process accordingly to plans and performed product tests on time.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Product Testing and Audits: Plan product audits to ensure all specifications are covered. Perform tests (e.g., component surveys, electrical function tests) and report results using standard forms. Lead or support test method and equipment development.
- Calibration and Compliance: Ensure timely calibration of measurement equipment, address non-conformities, and verify external laboratory accreditations. Maintain thermolabile flow performance to support efficient thermostat production.
- Complaint Investigation: Analyze product failures, identify root causes through technical investigations, and prepare detailed reports to address customer complaints.
- Active Carbon and Liquids Management: Oversee preparation of active carbon blends and cleaning liquids to meet required adsorption properties and vapor pressure standards.
- Team Leadership and Optimization: Build team competencies, manage performance through regular feedback, and optimize lab processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
- Technical background preferably electrical engineering
- Experience within manufacturing and testing
- Be able to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
- Be a proactive self-starter with a high commitment and a positive can-do attitude
- Have diplomatic skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Have experience working with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025
- SEP E and D qualifications
- Be able to read technical drawings
- Fluent in English
