WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Southside Family Medicine located in Greenwood, Indiana. 

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Newly updated clinical space
• Flexible full-time schedule; No weekends or holidays
• Average outpatient volume: Approx 16 patients per day
• Will treat patients of all ages
• Telehealth offered
• Common Diagnoses:
  • Child and adult wellness visits
  • Chronic Back pain
  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • Heart failure
  • Physicals
• Established and busy practice
• Strong MA support
